Hey neighbor,
Spooky season officially starts in Culpeper this weekend. Culpeper Renaissance's Haunted Hustle sends costumed runners through Yowell Meadow Park Saturday morning, the Cedar Mountain battlefield turns into a dog-adoption party, and Belmont Farm rolls out Oktoberfest brats with its whiskey and beer. Out toward Jeffersonton, Wollam Gardens throws a free fall flower festival and a bluegrass festival runs from late morning to 10 PM. Add a candlelit night at Salubria, a cruise-in downtown, and a free book festival at Revalation Vineyards on Sunday, and there's something for every kind of Culpeper weekend. Grab your calendar, we're pulling up.
