Belmont Farm is toasting the newest addition to its Kopper Kettle whiskey family — a honey habanero release — with an afternoon of live music, tacos, and specialty release cocktails out at the farm. It's the kind of low-key, high-flavor Saturday Culpeper does best.
Know before you go: Admission is free; food and cocktails are priced separately. Bring a lawn chair if you want to settle in for the music.

If you don't mind a short drive into Madison County, there are two wine-country options: Sip, Savor & Celebrate Virginia Cabernet Franc at Revalation Vineyards (12:00–4:00 PM, $30 advance) and a Chocolate & Wine Pairing at DuCard Vineyards (2:00–3:30 PM, $75).

Straight talk this week: we ran the vendor search against Trukfoo's schedule board and the usual truk-friendly Culpeper spots — nothing came back as a touring truk stop for Sept 11–13. Culpeper's two regular mobile vendors, Snackies and La Chiapaneca, both appear to be running out of fixed stands right now rather than a rotating schedule. The one confirmed food vendor we did find: tacos at Belmont Farm Distillery's whiskey release party Saturday (see Fairy Pick above).
Your best bets for a truk sighting are still the truk-friendly spots around town — Belmont Farm Distillery & Brewery (13490 Cedar Run Rd) and Culpeper Downtown events — so keep an eye on their Facebook pages if you're hoping to catch one pull up.
